At Quintana Roo Tri, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you have the perfect equipment for your next triathlon or training session.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any technical components are properly protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
